I wanted to connect my Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer Plus to my CORE One Printer. The dryer comes with rubber pass-throughs which work OK, but allow the PTFE Tube to slide in and out of the dryer. I wanted to capture the PTFE Tube so it wouldn't move using a PC4-M10 fitting.
The Space PI Plus works well for 1kg spools, but when I put a 2kg spool in it wouldn't feed well due to the angle of the filament as it fed from the far side of the spool. I added a third fitting between the two existing fittings to allow a 2kg spool to feed properly.
I had to slightly open the original holes on the Dryer and I drilled a third hole (using a step drill) in the center for 2kg spools. I tapped the hole in the Dryer with M10x1 threads and screwed the PC4-M10 fittings into the dryer snugly. I then screwed the PC4-M10 Bulkhead fitting on to the fittings from the inside of the dryer. Insert the PTFE Tubes into PC4-M10 fittings until they bottom out in the Bulkhead fitting. I then connected all three PTFE Tubes to the CORE One using a PTFE Bowden Y Splitter (3 Way), which can be downloaded at: https://www.printables.com/model/659196-ptfe-bowden-y-splitter-3-way .
I printed the part using PETG Filament at a layer height of 0.15mm, but I'm sure 0.2mm would also be fine. You will want to print this with the small diameter to the build sheet without supports. I also printed this at an extrusion multiplier of 0.95 as I find this to work a little better with threaded parts.
I hope you find this interesting and useful.
