Mr. Fleshcage was my main pick in the game Timesplitters: Future Perfect. I've brought him to life so he can hang out on my desk… in the flesh.
I'd recommend printing 150mm tall minimum due to the inherently intricate design. Otherwise there's the risk of parts shifting or details missing.
The supports will be a chore to remove, especially on the interior of the cage around his gut. I'd recommend an X-Acto knife, dental pick, and sharp needle-nose pliers. Definitely reference the support locations in the slicer as they can be easily confused with some of his sticks.
My print settings:
- .15mm layer height
- 3 perimeters
- 20% gyroid infill
- organic supports (branch dia. angle = 2)
