A simple snap cap/dummy round with a TPU primer insert. Print the snap cap in something rigid with good layer adhesion and the insert in TPU. The snap cap should survive cycling a few times if you aren't too rough with it. Always cycle it into the chamber, don't put it in the chamber and drop the slide on it.
