Introducing the Zipper Buddy!
A device that hooks onto a zipper to enable individuals with limited grip strength to zip and unzip clothing. Simply hook the buddy onto a zipper; the handle sits comfortably between two fingers, allowing individuals to zip and unzip with an open hand. The large surface area of the handle can support individuals with emergent fine motor abilities such as children or individuals recovering from injuries.
The zipper buddy comes in two sizes; a standard size with a 5mm diameter hook (pictured in pink), and a mini size with a tapered hook 3mm in diameter at the end point (pictured in green).
Zipper buddy can be printed in PETG, ABS, or other stronger materials for better durability.
Printing Instructions
