The OpenSCAD / PuzzleCad file may be customized for Burr Scale, Inset, and Bevel. The STL files were produced with scale 34, Inset 0.15, Bevel 1.5. Model is 3.8" tall.
The bug with PuzzleCad inset processing has been overcome by merging several burr pieces into a single model.
Truncated (flattened) star ends were achieved with OpenSCAD 3d processing.
