This is an upgrade to V-Spooler-X by @FyrbyAdditive. Agreed with him to publish this model.
Replaces part of gantry/guide.
Requires:
- 100mm linear rod - 6mm diameter (if you want to be super neat - can be cut flush)
- 1x LM6UU bearing
- 2x heat inserts as per original v-spooler/v-spooler x (can be salvaged from old part with bearings)
- 4x heat inserts m3 x 4.2x3
- 4x m3x3 grub screws
- 4x m3x14mm shcs/bhcs (similar to those used in v-spooler)
Assembly is straightforward:
- Print the parts (2 rail mounts and one guide)
- Insall all heat inserts
- Insert bearing into guide and affix it with 2 grub screws.
- Replace guide from original gantry:
- unscrew m3x8 from guide base on your respooler and affix rail mounts with m3x14 - do one side at a time.
- Insert linear rod through mounts and mount
