After playing the 16mm paddle for a month we decided we wanted a little more pop so…
There are two versions of the paddle and two versions of the handle.
The paddle has a .325 and .425in hex core.
The .425 paddle has a little more pop but lacks more in ball control.
The .325 paddle has good pop and good ball control.
The original 16mm paddle handle has been modified to be used with the 14mm paddle.
I have also made a small diameter handle for people with smaller hands.
The large diameter handle is around 4.5in, while the small diameter handle is around 4.25in diameter.
Recommend printing the paddle in PETG with the following options.

4 Top\Bottom layers
25% cubic infill
Place the paddle face down on the build plate.Place the paddle face down on the build plate.

Support on build plate
Support bridges
Place the handle on the build plate with the socket parallel to the plate.
Assemble with #10 nuts and bolts.
