Print the catch on it's end so it shouldn't need supports. You'll need to flip everything except the tray insert around so it doesn't need supports - sorry! Print the tray insert the right way up, with supports, and leave the inner supports in place, just trimming any that are on the outside.
You'll need to put the catch in place and glue the end piece in to prevent it being removed.
When you load the file into PrusaSlicer select ‘No’ when asked if you want to load the file as a single object.
Should cost about £5 to print.
Requires 2 M3 X 15mm cap head screws.
