Because my tires are worn out after 1500 working hours, I wanted to reprint them. With ready-modeled, available models, it bothered me that the rim also had to be renewed.
In order to use less material, I modeled a wear ring for the existing rim.
This also allowed me to create my desired profile and increase the Aperol diameter to make it easier to get through difficult terrain.
I printed my models in nylon, PETG and TPU. Heated to 70-90° for assembly.
After about four weeks of occasional use, I have yet to see any wear on any of the test objects.
