A simple box with a flexible hinge that can, to a limit, be scaled up or down in your slicer to various sizes.
Make the body with PETG and the hinge from TPU. Other combination of filaments usually do not work. I recommend using “snug” or “grid” supports with the “Top Interface Layer” turned off or 0. This will aid greatly in the removal of the supports. Check to be sure that the supports are NOT running parallel to the flow direction of the layer it is supporting. Position the box with the hinge up so it is printed last. Change the layer height to .07 mm or less when printing the hinge.
The box dimensions are about 58 x 105 x 50 deep.
