Everything you need to create custom nametags for all occasions! Choose from a minimal model that you can use as a name plate or a keychain model to create nametag keychains.
Just use some crafts glue or super glue (preferred) to glue the tiles into the frames.
What's Included
This entry includes both minimal and keychain frames that fit 3 to 6 letters.
You'll also find a folder with pre-generared letter tiles for the whole alphabet.
The original FreeCAD and OpenSCAD files are also included so that you can create more frames and custom tiles.
Advanced Customization
Included in the downloads you'll find the source FreeCAD file that you can use to create nametag frames of all sizes! To create a custom sized frame, open the "Config" spreadsheet and modify the value in column B3 (number of letters).

You'll also find the original OpenSCAD file that I used to generate the alphabet letter tiles that are also included in a dedicated folder. After opening the source file on OpenSCAD, use the right panel to customize values. The "stamp" variable is what you need to modify to change the letter. You can also experiment with different system fonts.

Printing Advice
For the letter tiles, I strongly recommend doing a filament change for dual color – make sure to use contrasting colors so that the letters stand out.

Assembly Tips
The tiles need to be glued to the frame to lock them in place. I have used super glue that is appropriate for plastic and it worked great with an instant result. If you are printing this for kids to DiY their own nametags, please don't use superglue, use another glue that is more kid friendly such as transparent crafts glue, and let it dry for a few hours.
Commercial Usage
Members of the Heidi Makes Club in the "Partner" tier are allowed to use this model commercially for physical prints.
