Sylvan pools have a 2.75" discharge into the pool. They have a 90-degree diverter that causes a “swirl” in the pool. This diverter fails after enough years, and appears to be unavailable. This is a replacement.
The dimension/shape of the round part is critical. I found that the slicer wants to stand the model on the discharge chute, which makes the round part less precise. While it causes a LOT more supports, it is better to lay the round part on the plate – it makes for a very precise round shape/dimension.
You can scale the model up down by a % or so if needed to make it fit better. On my printer/filament/settings, this model fits perfectly at 100%.
