This is a simple test print to find out the best dimensions for embedding M3 and M4 hex nuts into the prints.

One row has six M3 clearance holes (3.5mm), and embedded M3 hex nut cavities with 2.8mm height (standard M3 hex nut height is 2.4mm). Hex nut center to edge midpoint distances are 2.80mm to 3.05mm in 0.05mm increments (standard M3 hex nut center to edge mid point distance is 2.75mm).

Other row has M4 clearance holes (4.5mm), and embedded M4 hex nut cavities with 3.6mm height (standard M4 hex nut height is 3.2mm). Hex nut center to edge midpoint distances are 3.55mm to 3.80mm in 0.05mm increments (standard M4 hex nut center to edge mid point distance is 3.50mm).

You should add a Print Pause at 5th layer before the top (when hex nut cavities are being covered first time). You can either stop the print there or try to embed the nut/nuts and let it continue to see the result.
