Sizing & compatibility

• Designed around 61 × 112 mm cards.
• Works with common sleeves up to approximately 61 × 112 mm (varies by brand).
• Fit can vary by printer and sleeve thickness. If needed, adjust XY compensation ±0.1–0.2 mm in your slicer or scale the inner tray 101–102% in X/Y.

Printing recommendations

• Material: PETG or PLA (PETG for extra toughness; PLA prints clean logos)
• Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for crisper logos)
• Walls/perimeters: 3–4
• Top/bottom layers: 4–6
• Infill: 15–25% (Grid/Gyroid)
• Supports: none
• Adhesion: optional 2–4 mm brim for the lid to keep the latch flat
• Color swap: use a manual filament change at the first logo layer to highlight the emblem

Orientation tips

• Print the outer box upright, open side down.
• Print the lid flat with the exterior/logo facing up for best surface quality.
• Print the insert upright, opening up.

Assembly & fit

• Press-fit the insert into the outer shell; it should sit snugly. If it’s too tight, lightly sand the outer edges of the insert or increase XY compensation +0.1 mm. If it’s loose, a tiny dot of removable adhesive (or a strip of thin foam) keeps it rattle-free.
• Gently flex the latch the first few times; avoid over-bending.
