The costume designers in “The Lord of The Rings” made the chainmail armor out of small plastic rings similar to these. There are two options so far, one for a 135mm bed and one for a 220mm bed. This is great for finishing mostly empty spools of filament. Assembling the chainmail often takes less time than printing, so people that are still learning have plenty of time between batches. I added larger links to make larger armor just a little faster.
