This is a simple 3D-printed adapter that allows you to fit a Honda XR100 carburetor onto a 2001–2003 XR80R while still using the stock XR80R intake boot. The XR100 carb provides improved throttle response and reduced bogging on the XR80R, but the air filter boot won’t fit nor reach the larger carb throat. This adapter solves that problem with a clean and secure connection. Printed in TPU 98A for flexibility, sealing. Withstands vibration, fuel vapor, and heat without deforming and provides a reliable seal that has held up in dusty riding conditions so far.
