Elegoo Centauri Carbon Nozzle Brush

I replaced the silicone nozzle wiper in my Elegoo Centauri Carbon as part of the machine maintenance, but rather than throw the old one in the bin again I turned it into a simple manual nozzle wiper brush.  Worn out silicone wipers are useless when installed but they can still get some extra life as a manual brush to clean up some ooze after a manual filament change or whatever.  I kept it simple rather than spending all week going all ergonomic on the thing but I hope it's still useful to someone.

A STEP file is included if you want to fillet the edges or resize the hanging hole or use a different brand of wiper head or whatever.
