I've printed it with PLA, 20% infill. PETG would probably be better, but have not tested it. Sized to allow Radiacode 110 with silicone cover. Have not tested it without the cover.
This is a pretty rough and basic model, and not an exact fit (ie I didn't get the back curve quite right), but does the job for me. I've included the FreeCad model.
