Printed in PETG using generic profiles on Mk4s.

Cutouts in the top for two NF-A4x10 5v fans (note voltage!) I cut the cable from the stock CPU fan and used the supplied Noctua wire crimps. Noctua fan cables need to be cut and the heatshrink removed (give it a tug once connector is snipped off) to reveal individual PWM cables. Note the Noctua colors coding doesn't match the coding used on the stock fan – stock is typical PWM, Noctua is Noctua. Once the heatshrink is stripped the Noctua splices can accommodate two wires in one side, so a single splice can be used for both fans on each wire.

Requires a longer power cable between the two boards to accommodate the side-by-side layout. Connector is a JST SH1.0mm. I used these from Amazon, which with the pre-crimped cable ends were trivial to make up and a good fir for the required length (~150mm).

For the N305 CPU heatsink I removed and reused the copper interface plate from the original case, re-attached to the CPU using random thermal tape. For the heatsink on top on the CPU I used one of these (in black), also because I had it lying around. On the NIC side I added one from this kit, using the same tape.

In bottom piece, M3 heat sink inserts at each corner. Two M3 * 5 or 6 to anchor the motherboard on the side with the ports, screwed straight into the printed part.

On top, M3 * 25mm hex socket head cap screws to secure.

WiFi antenna extensions should thread through the holes in the back side of the case.

Depending on how you cut the stock fan cable and crimp in the Noctuas, assembly might need some jiggling to get everything to sit inside the case.
