I wanted a hitbox, made a prototype in a plastic box and then designed one to cut on 3mm Acrylic with a CNC

Fits in a letter format piece of paper

The flat parts were CNC cut while the pillars and washers were 3d printed.

Uses standard 24mm arcade buttons and one 30mm button for UP, added some buttons on the left for start, select and PS button, as well as 2 buttons on back for R3 L3, uses a brook board

Needs 12 magnet (12x3mm) held with tape (high tech stuff I know)
6 M4 ~10mm screws with flat head and nuts
10 M3 ~8mm screws and nuts

The nuts slide in the pillars side slots, the magnets are held by friction. Magnets are held by tape on the bottom plate

To add artwork cut one more plate on top without the to magnet holes and larger screw holes (9.8mm) to sandwich the artwork
