Used Meshy (booooo I know, I'm learning Nomad Sculpt, shuddup) to bring the old concept to life. The ai took some artistic liberties, but it's a free toy. Take it or leave it :D
I printed mine with (semi-wet) PETG, using tree supports, and it was successful the first try. Be gentle with the face tentacles, be patient and use clippers to wiggle the face part free. I did break ONE face tentacle (ok TWO) but it still looks pretty cool IMO.
