Custom MicroATX Mini PC / NAS Case — 3D Printed & CNC Milled
This case was designed specifically for my own homelab and NAS setup. It is tailored for the following hardware:
- Motherboard: Asus Prime B450M-K II (MicroATX)
- PSU: PicoPSU (mini DC-DC)
- Storage: 3× SATA SSDs
The case combines 3D-printed parts and CNC-milled wooden side panels.
- Wooden panels: threaded inserts for mounting
- Back plate: cut with a jigsaw, magnetically attached
- 3D-printed on a Prusa MINI+ in Prusament PLA (Galaxy Black for gouged textured panels, Marble Grey for frame)
- Small cavities allow the insertion of 6x3mm magnets to hold covers in place
This design was built for my personal hardware and requirements, not as a universal case
