The Tray Development Frame (TDF) serves to protect 11x14 negatives from scratches during tray development. It forms a spacer between the tray base and the film, ensuring that the second coated side of sensitive X-ray films, for example, does not come into contact with the base.
You need to print the outer frame twice and the inner frame and lid once. The outer and inner frames must then be glued together with superglue.
