Project box intended for customisation. I've included a joystick / button box lid which I created this for as an example.
Add your own cutouts / slot for usb cable or whatever interface.
Added additional box bottom with a cutout for an arduino micro for USB connection.
Added sample arduino code for joystick + buttons to files for the arduino micro using the atmega32u4 . I played with multiplexing grids for more buttons before realising 14/15 was more than enough and made use of direct pins. Also simplifies the wiring as you don't need diodes in this config.
Versions for 3 axis joysticks (PTZ style) and 2 axis plus as many buttons as can be had, doesn't matter if you don't use them all, they'll just be inactive when burning the sketch. Feel free to use and modify the code.
