This is the case used in my Fosspot build video, a portable pocket hotspot device based on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and Waveshare SIM7600G-H (B) LTE Hat. This case is designed to accommodate a right angle Micro-B to USB-C adapter plugged into the Pi Zero.
