The Hammershot has always been one of my favorite blasters, being that it can be used one handed, and revolvers are just cool in general. Unfortunately I grew very tired of it's zombie aesthetic and decided to make some custom mods because I just couldn't find any that I liked. I did use deusnefum's “Nerf Hammershot - Uncompensated” as a base/reference for positioning the barrel attachment so that the cylinder would fit and spin like normal. I also used the spacer.stl that they provided so that the cylinder doesn't get pushed up against the barrel.
Everything is printed in Matte black PETG, except for the Orange tip which is Orange PLA+
As for the cutting, I just used some flush cutters to cut off each side of the bottom arm piece. Then used a rotary tool to sand/shape the bottom until I was happy with it. After doing all that there was a small rectangular hole so that's what the “Hammershot gap filler” is for if you end up cutting it in the same places. Really as long as you cut off the section that the cylinder pin originally connects to this mod should fit.
The grip is another story, I really hated the fake cloth wrap look so I tried my best with some Tamiya putty (usually for Gunpla models) to fill in the wrap area and give it a smooth transition. You can still kind of tell the wrap is there but I ran out of putty and patience so I just went with it.
All the files should already be in the optimal printing position, I would suggest supports for everything except the spacer and the gap filler.
