The original make was designed to use a length of PVC plumbing pipe as the crossmember. I encountered photos of a build which used metal bearings on a roller assembly. Before I could chaise down any information, I designed and printed my own version of this filament holder. Significant improvements include redesigning the upper section to receive a print in place 15 x 32 x 9 mm- 6002 bearing. Also, weight reduction and aesthetic enhancement of the lower section of the upright arms. I designed my own 30mm roller/crossmember. Upper and lower sections are joined by M3X14 self tapping machine screws. I planned to use a few drops of CA-gel glue but never did. The entire set of components is printed with HS-PETG. You will need two each of the Upper and Lower sections as well as two print in place bearings. All models can be downloaded from my Models page.
