Build Disclaimer

This is a fully DIY platform. The Donky kit does not include electronics. Components such as the controller, BMS, battery pack, wiring harness, and other electrical parts must be sourced and installed by the builder.

There are currently no prebuilt battery options specifically designed for this build. You will need to either:

  • Source a qualified battery builder, or

  • Build your own battery pack

Building or installing lithium battery systems carries inherent risks, including fire, equipment damage, or personal injury if done incorrectly. Proper knowledge of battery construction, wiring, and electrical safety is required.

This kit is intended for experienced builders who understand DIY Onewheel-style builds and electrical systems. If you have not built a board before, this should not be your first build unless you are working directly with someone experienced and trustworthy.

Hardware required can be found here Build Guide.
