A complete energy storage design for 18650 batteries with bus bar covers. The STL files also include a PCB drawing if you need to create any electronics, such as a BMS.
The photos show a 9P13S for a 3.7V Lion battery, which provides a voltage of 48V DC. As you can see, to simplify welding, the printout is red for positive potential and black for negative. Four such banks will fit in a 19" 4U RACK enclosure.
