International Docking System Standard (IDSS) Interface Definition Document (IDD) Rev E establishes a standard docking interface to enable on-orbit crew rescue operations and joint collaborative endeavors utilizing different spacecraft. Pages 3-68 to 3-71 define a standard Centerline Docking Target (CDT) to be located along the docking axis to aid in visual or camera-based navigation during docking.
Update 2025-11-25: Adding the reflector dots and correcting the black pattern on the backplate. Thanks @orbital_layers for pointing out the missing features!

Examples of this CDT can be seen on the ISS, as well as in renderings of the Gateway.

This model is a three-part print of the CDT, consisting of the backplate, the standoff cross and the standoff rod. It is CADed at 100% scale (563 x 394 x 305 mm), which is too large for most printers, but it works well when scaled down to 50%.
Assembly can be with glue or flat-head screws and heat-set inserts. M5 if printed at 100% scale and M2 if printed at 50% scale.
