Printed in TPU. Used variable infill density for the hook portion (100%) to add rigidity to the TPU95. 98 wouldn't need it probably. The rest is printed at 50%. Print with supports for the big overhangs, and then just cut them off if they are also TPU. It's a bit messy but you won't see it. This is 300mm wide and prints as one piece – I have a “regular” sized head I suppose and the mask is super snug – don't even need a strap for the lower portion.
