I love my Grados, but my biggest gripe is that they’re absolutely not comfortable for more than one album.
So I made some comfort pads inspired by my work on the Stax. I’m still refining the design for both headphones, but they’re already a lot more comfortable.
For the Stax, I used standard TPU, but it was a bit too hard, I’d recommend something softer.
For this version, I used eSUN TPU Light, which is just as easy to print as regular A95 TPU, but slightly softer.
Settings:
• TPU base print settings
• Flow rate: 70% (adjust temperature accordingly)
• 1 top and 1 bottom layer
• Infill: 5%
