This modular swivel base is a versatile mounting system designed for attaching devices or structures to ceilings or overhead surfaces.
It consists of two interlocking halves:
- Base Dome: fixed to the ceiling with countersunk screws
- Swivel Cup: attaches to the base via a 3D printed screw and a large washer
The Swivel Cup includes a series of screw holes and T-slot interfaces, allowing you to expand the mounting radius or connect extensions if needed.
Both the Base and Cup feature 12 evenly distributed mounting slots and holes (90–150 mm diameter for the base; 90–130mm for the cup, but it can extend even further with T-slot legs), so you can secure it from any number of points without alignment issues.
The swivel provides a stepless 20° range of motion and can be tightened or loosened at any time—no disassembly required. Simply print as many fixation screws as you need.
