Recommended material is TPU. Designed to be compatible with a metal removable buckle like the one in the photos.
The numbers on the files indicate the distance in inches from the buckle-end of the belt to the first and last holes, so it should correspond roughly to waist size. There is about 3 inches of "tip" past the last hole. The lengths do not include the buckle itself.
The slot where the buckle prong goes through has built-in supports that can be cut away after printing.
A good way to test the length is to print just a few layers (remember the holes start 7 cm or about 3 in from the tip). An even better way to test the length is use your slicer to remove most of the bottom and top layers so that you print a few layers below where the holes start and a few layers with the holes. That will let you check the exact length and hole placement.
