Brockhaus - Heuer Compact | Vice Clamp

I needed a Vice Clamp so I can mount stuff near my vice. It basically is a clamp that allows me to mount a small platform. We have 3 platforms to choose from:

  • Small Plateau
  • Large Plateau
  • Small Plateau with M4 Threaded Inserts

The mechanical pivot points are print in place and you need minimal support. I printed this with PLA, but any CF filament should provide a more rigid clamp, and therefore a faster clamp down. I currently require a full rotation of an M4 screw to get the clamp from touching to not moving.

Additional Parts:

  • M4 Screw of 60+ mm Length. In the image, you can see 80 mm
  • 1, or 4 Threaded inserts. I am using the CNC Kitchen threaded inserts with dimensions of M4x4.0 with an outer width of 6,3 mm. The hole is 5.7 mm accordingly. If you want to melt it slowly in PLA, 200-220 degrees is great. The link to the threaded inserts can be found here: https://cnckitchen.store/products/heat-set-insert-m4-x-4-short-version-100-pieces?srsltid=AfmBOoo7qymlsMa0BzrvAKY1zHJjCH9NYRsuVYUnWxDzt0_84f19-wZ2
