It's an adapter to mount a tiny whoop or toothpick aio Board in an fpv drone frame with a 20x20mm mount.
You should probably print it out of temperature resistant plastic, those aio board get very hot and pla might deform if the drone sits for some time.
You will need 4 m3 screws of the correct length for your frame as well as 4 m3 nuts, to mount the aio you will need 4 self taping plastic screws, some should have come with the flight controller.
