This lets you mount your trail cameras angled down. I like to hang my cameras several feet up on the tree so deer and thief's cant see them. I have several of these brackets which have been holding cameras all year. I like printing them out of ABS but PETG, ASA, or other weather resistant filaments will work too.
Printing: 0.2mm layer height, 5 vertical and horizontal shells, 20-30% infill. Organic supports everywhere. Print Tree Side, Pivot knob, and Pivot Side in orientation shown in pictures.
Anti-rotation knob: 2 quantity needed for each assembly. Same print settings as above but with no supports. They have a captured nut which is added during a pause in printing. Add a pause to insert a ¼"x20 plain hex nut at 7.80mm height. These knobs tighten against the camera to lock it from rotating on the bolt.
Hardware needed: Per assembly
¼"x20 X 2"LG Hex head bolt Qty 2
¼"x20 plain hex nut Qty 2
¼"x20 nylon locking hex nut Qty 1
Enjoy! If you print these please share pictures of them being used.
