This is a small pill despenser for seven days of a week.
Two round neodym magnets 8x3mm (diameter x height) are used to hold the axis of the turnable cover. The magnets have to be inserted during a printing pause e.g. using the color-change option of the slicer. Take care for the correct magnetic polarity when inserting the magnets to make sure they attract each other when assembled.
To prevent the cover from turning accidentially snapping notches are designed in the base and the cover. The printing should therefore be done with high vertical resolution (≤0.1mm), otherwise the turning friction can get very high directly after printing. If the friction is too high after printing, some forceful first rotations are necessary to abrade the micro-steps of the printing. After a while the haptical feeling gets smoother and smoother.
As a nice sideeffect of the magnets the Pilldespenser7D (mini) is stackable. This can be usable if you want to use two or more pill containers e.g. for morning and evening pills.
