Heavily modified a public file from I think onshape to create a stethoscope compatible airtag holder both for ones with Y and V earpieces, you can add your name on the cap in the slicer. I printed in 0.4 PETG with threads up for the stethoscope side and threads down for the cap but I imagine you can print it with anything you want as long as you're not throwing your stethoscope every day.

Typically print the threads down toward the plate with a custom support structure to avoid the threads but support the inside bridge as the threads break on removing supports occasionally, avoid a brim on the threads.

I would print them with a .4 nozzle relatively dense infill, or at least enough walls to avoid any gaps at flex points with the part that attaches to the stethoscope (that seems to be the weaker point in testing), I used PETG but I imagine a good PLA would do it, though I would pick something stronger and has better chemical resistance if you wipe your stethoscope a lot or maybe epoxy it? Either way Ive been using it for almost 2 years now and no problems.
