This french cleat holder is made to fit a french cleat with dimensions of 11.5mm x 45deg cleat of 55mm height. Your mileage may vary, but this seems like a pretty standard width and height of french cleat. Feel free to reach out for other sizes or to remix this to fit your needs.
My print preferences for a 0.6mm HF nozzle: 2 walls, 15% gyroid infill, supports every where up to 45deg to make sure the cleat can be supported and printed.
