Should be printed with as many walls as needed for the sides to be solid, I recommend using multiple walls instead of solid infill, to distribute the force I recommend using a washer for the bolt.
It's best if printed with fuzzy skin, as the plastic is quite slippery without.
The pic is an older iteration of the design, it's printed with petg, and can easily hold 60kg, each, at the 20mm hold, and at least 30kg at the 12mm one - my fingers aren't strong enough to test past that LOL.
