Overview:

I occasionally make cornhole boards, so I designed some jigs to make the assembly quick, accurate and consistent.  I make my boards out of ¾” baltic birch plywood and secure all parts with pocket screws.  I designed two sets of jigs:

1.      A jig to attach the sides to the top while maintaining a specific overhang.  I make my boards with a ¾” overhang.  With the top face down, simply clamp a jig on each end then align the side pieces to the jig and screw in place.

2.      Jigs to attach a cross brace across the legs with a defined inset in both up/down and front/back.  I typically make my legs beefy by laminating two ¾” pieces to make the legs roughly 1-1/2” thick, but I made a jig (labeled with “075” in the file name) for ¾” thick legs as well.  Unfortunately, I didn’t get a good picture of the 1-1/2” legs in the jig, so I put two ¾” legs together for the picture, but you get the idea.  Orient the legs as shown.

I’ve included my Fusion 360 design, so you customize it how you wish using the included parameters.

Printing:

Print in any filament you wish, but I just use PLA for these.  No supports required if printed in the orientation shown in the photos.
