With some PTFE tubing and it length the weight plus the filament loading and unloading can start causing tangle sensor jam, this can also sometimes cause the filament seem to catch on the tangle sensor as it it being feed and mess up the feed rated cause the Plus4 not to load correctly.
This Set up helps to align the tube and keep the PTFE tube and sensor inlet from wobbling causing the filament to catch, by using different configuration of the box tubs to find the correct alignment that works.
I Used tube #2 and #3. Installed tube #3 in the QB_TS-Adapter glue couple to the end and add tube #2, then insert the PTFE tube. Then add tube #1 down by the hub.. as the the Box fed the filament I noticed this would "dance" so by just slide it down at the base to the exit it eliminate it... Not sure if this step is necessary but it worked for great feeding results
I start with tube #3 pointing ,toward the back, between 8 and 9 o'clock. i then have the box load a filament and angle tube #3 up or down as well as tube #2 till Filament goes in smooth, Mark and glue..
Update 12-21-2025: added couplers and a extra Tube for a better sweep. Added the QB_TS-Adapter
