This print continues my exploration into 3D-printed fabrics — a grid of interlinked squares connected by small chain loops. The design creates a highly flexible surface that bends easily in any direction but naturally returns to its original shape. It doesn’t tangle, moves smoothly, and prints beautifully flat in one piece.

I have included a small test print. This allows you to test the fabric, without the need to print the big sheet.

Printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle, this model balances fine detail and strength while keeping the structure light and uniform. It’s an ideal experiment for testing flexibility, movement, and interlocking geometry — part of my Everydays Challenge, where I design and print something new every day to sharpen creativity and skill.
