I made this to house a raspberry pi 5 with a UPS to use as a micro-computer. There's also clearance for a 30 x30x7 mm fan for cooling.
I wanted good cooling so printed it with and without perimeters and top and bottom layers (Air style). I used a 15% gyroid infill. The top part is printed without top or bottom layers and 5 perimeters. The bottom is printed with 3 bottom and 4 top layers without perimeters. In the slicer 5 perimeters are used at height 20 thru 25 mm and 37 thru 42 mm and the top 9 mm. This provides structural stiffness while still keeping most of the case open for air flow. It was printed in transparent PLA.
Edit: Added a "Heat Set" version for the use of 3 mm heat set inserts.
