I designed these data storage holders for my Garmin Instinct 2, There is a Micro-SD Card version and a USB Drive version, best choice is one of the low profile options like what PNY or Verbatim offers.
It will hold your Personal Storage Device securely with no movement or risk of falling out. You can also retrieve it without removing the watch, but it might be a little difficult.
Print Settings
- TPU 95A (or other flexible filament, necessary to get it over the watchband latch)
- 0.20mm Layer Height, 15% Grid Infill
- Brim if you have bed adhesion issues
