This model produces a 20 mm diameter pickleball which can be used for earrings. You can scale it up or down for your needs. It's printed in PLA and some manual support is added to the bottom, mainly to keep it stuck to the bed surface. Hardware to hang the earrings can easily be found on-line or in hobby stores. I used a light fishing line to attach the ball to the hardware. It's a pita though because it's very stiff and you might try something else.
