Hose adapter end screws into most 1.25" flexible hose allowing it to connect to a Bosch 18V cordless vacuum and its attachments. It could also be used to adapt a different vacuum to the Bosch attachments.
No CAD file available (hacked together in TinkerCAD).
Gasket should be printed in TPU or other flexible material. There is a flat ledge on the gasket to assist in pushing it into place. Not ideal for airflow, but the original part is flat there as well.
Requires supports. I started out trying to avoid the need for supports, but the collar toward the back is necessary to prevent the gasket from being crushed. I printed on an IDEX in ABS with HIPS supporting the snap ring recess and outer collar. Prevent supports from being generated for the gasket channel as they aren't necessary and would be a pain to remove. Part that threads into the hose is REVERSE THREAD and needs to be turned counter-clockwise to install.
I printed the snap ring in polymaker ASA and it has worked well. Removed and installed the same one on a bunch of iterations and it shows no signs of cracking.
I haven't done any long term testing yet, but so far it works as intended and does not leak. I've installed it on a Rockler 1.25" hose and a random hose from a vacuum cleaner that a neighbor had set out with their trash.
