Requirements:
- Metal rings. I used 40x15, 44x15 and 60x11 mm (outer-diameter x width) in this example.
- OpenSCAD to generate model
- PET or similar flexible filament
- Flexible long wires and plugs
- M3 screws and nuts
- Optionally some copper tape on the inside to guarantee connection
Future ideas:
- Alignment notches
- Slightly give the gap an angle or move the screwhole a bit for tighter wire clamping
- Some guide-rail to click these clamps in
