I designed this very early in my 3D printing journey. I hope you like it! I'm feeling lazy, so here is the entire .step file. Just split it into parts and figure it out.
When I made mine, I used CF-PLA for the blade cause it's a really nice matte black look, and wood filament for the handle and for the sheath. But I found the wood to be relatively weak. I also used silk bronze for highlight pieces and the hilt and pommel.
In reality, make it out whatever you like, and do whatever settings you want. IDGAF. You're a big kid.
You will need a ½ inch dowel rod, cut to 27 1/8 inches. And superglue.
